Sheriff Department Records
Sheriff requests are now being processed through Grays Harbor County.
The request should include your name, type of incident, date of incident, location of incident and case number if available. You may find the request form here: Public Records Request Form
The form may be submitted the following ways:
- Mail the request form to 100 W Broadway Ave, Suite 33, Montesano WA 98563.
- Fax the request form to 360-249-5669.
- E-mail the request form to firstname.lastname@example.org
- Contact Public Records directly at 360-964-1654
- You can come into the office and fill out a request form
