Recorded Documents
Recorded documents must be requested through the Auditor’s Office. Per RCW 36.18.010, the Secretary of State has required copy fees for recorded documents be collected by the Auditor’s Office. Some common types of recorded documents include marriage licenses, plats, land surveys, deeds of trusts, warranty deeds, easements, liens and mortgages.
The County Auditor contact information can be accessed through this link.
Some recorded documents are also available by accessing the State's website here.
