All rural transfer stations are closed as of February 1, 2013.
Where Your Garbage Goes
Grays Harbor County is no longer burying municipal solid waste in the County, our landfills are full and closed. All garbage brought in is processed at an on-site transfer station. Once processed, the garbage is trucked to the Wasco Landfill in The Dalles, OR. The garbage is then buried at the Roosevelt Regional Landfill, owned by Allied Waste Systems Inc.
