RFP for Record Management Software and Additional Services

Grays Harbor County is requesting proposals for Records Management software solution and additional services that could include agenda management, contract management and integrated live streaming and on-demand video.

Proposals must be submitted in a sealed envelope clearly marked “Grays Harbor County Record Management System” to the Clerk of the Board of County Commissioners, 100 W. Broadway, Suite 1, Montesano, WA  98563. Proposals may be mailed or hand delivered. The deadline for submission of all proposals is December 29, 2017 at 4:30 p.m. Pacific Standard Time. No proposal received after this date and time will be considered.

The County retains the right to reject any or all proposals and to waive irregularities with or without cause.
