Volunteer Police
Work Unit
The
Grays Harbor County Sheriff's Department currently has
a Volunteer In Police work Unit that provides volunteer
support to a variety of department functions. These duty
assignments are varied from providing traffic control
to distributing sex offender bulletins to assistance with
clerical tasks. We are seeking applications for more volunteers
at this time. |
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

| Citizen of the U.S.; minimum 21 years of age; no felony
convictions; no gross misdemeanor convictions for crimes
involving drugs or physical harm; must be free from physical,
emotional, mental, or other conditions which adversely affect
performance of duty; must be a high school graduate or have
passed the General Education Development Test. Applicant
must possess a valid motor vehicle operator's license. Applications
can be obtained from the Grays Harbor County Sheriff's Office
or at www.co.grays-harbor.wa.us.
