Conner Creek Inventory of known septic tanks and Group A wellheadsAttached information represents the four (4) sections of properties that are being affected by the change in Conner Creek. Map A (553kb) and Map B (630kb) each show approximately two (2) square miles each. Parcel lines are shown with a number, which is referenced on the parcel lists. Parcels in green have known septic tanks on file with the Environmental Health Department. A data printout of parcel numbers and permit numbers is attached. Both Map A (553kb) and Map B (630kb) show public Group A wellheads that have been GIS’d as of this report. The maps show that the Northern progression of Conner Creek is now fairly close to the Haven by the Sea subdivision, shown on Map A (553kb). While the well for Haven by the Sea is near Highway 109, septic tanks are at risk on the Western portions of the plat. Two (2) additional wellheads are at risk to the North of Haven by the Sea. With the Northern progression of Conner Creek, the Southern portions of the creek have risen. The net effect is that the water table will rise and create problems for septic systems in the area.
