Grays Harbor County Superior Court is a trial court of general jurisdiction having original and appellate jurisdiction as authorized by the Constitution and the Laws of the State of Washington. Superior Court Judges hear felony, civil, domestic, guardianship and probate matters, juvenile matters and dependency cases, and appeals from Courts of limited jurisdiction (Grays Harbor District Court and the Municipal Courts located in Aberdeen, Cosmopolis, Elma, Hoquiam, McCleary, Montesano, Oakville, Ocean Shores, and Westport).
Grays Harbor Superior Court consists of three full time Judges and its administrative support staff. Its courtrooms and offices are located in Montesano, WA. The courtroom for juvenile cases is located at the Grays Harbor County’s Juvenile Center at Junction City near Aberdeen.
