Grays Harbor County Superior Court complies with the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) which requires that court services, programs and activities are accessible to people with disabilities.

ADA accommodations mean measures to make each court service, program, or activity, when viewed in its entirety, readily accessible to and usable by an individual who is a qualified person with a disability. To seek an ADA accommodation please fill out the following form:

Additionally, please contact the Superior Court Administrator as soon as you possibly can to alert them of your accommodation request or if you need assistance completing the form. On occasion, court proceedings may have to be postponed until the requested accommodation can be provided.
