TO REQUEST AN INSPECTION PLEASE CALL YOUR ROAD MAINTENANCE AREA SUPERVISOR
Or contact a Permit Coordinator at (360) 249-4222 to schedule an inspection of the work authorize by the permit. Note: Failure to schedule an inspection and receive final approval may result in a delay in the inspection and occupancy approval process for other Grays Harbor County permits. Inspections generally take place the following business day after the request is made. In some rare instances, it may be one or two business days following the request.
Please be prepared to provide the following information when requesting an inspection:
- Permit Number
- Site Address
- Owners Name
- Contact Telephone Number
- Inspection Type
- Date of Requested Inspection (we will not do same day inspections)
