"The owner of each building shall conspicuously display on that building its numerical designation.  The numerals shall be four inches or more tall and of a contrasting color to their background.  If a Building is not clearly visible from the road, the numerical designation shall be clearly displayed near the main entrance from the road.  The numeric designation shall be legible from vehicles approaching from either direction along the access road.”
