Parcels may be requested to be included in the auction up through July 27, 2018. To request a parcel, download the Application for Tax Title Property - Intent to Purchase found under its own button in the drop down menu. Complete the application and send it to the Department of Forestry with a $500.00 deposit per requested parcel (cashier's check or money order only, please, made out to Grays Harbor County Treasurer). Once received, the Tax Title Coordinator will confirm with you.
All auction inventory will be published on the website and in the Montesano Vidette no later than 3 weeks prior to the sale. The notice will include the parcel number, abbreviated legal description, and minimum bid amount. Buyers must do their own research and due diligence. All sales are final. Parcels are sold as-is, where-is and Grays Harbor County makes no warranties, guaranteed or implied, about any parcel, its uses or restrictions, encumbrances, or other information.
